A little bit about me
I have been a real estate agent since 2014 and joined Rêve Realtors in 2018. My expertise is in first-time homebuyers — holding their hands through what can be a stressful and emotional process, negotiating for the best deal, explaining legalese in the contract, and making sure they’re comfortable with their decisions. Having earned degrees in psychology, business and law, I find that all three come into play on a daily basis. Along with a lifelong penchant for architecture and interior design, I realized that all along, I've been cultivating skills that are useful in real estate.
I pride myself on being a patient, creative, and communicative agent. The best compliment I ever got from a client was when, shortly before closing on her first home, she asked me if I could continue to be her "life coach." I took this to heart, because it meant I had offered the kind of support she needed. Never too busy to respond in a timely manner, I am always willing and able to discuss the minutia of a transaction and give a client my full attention.
When not working, I am passionate about traveling the world and renovating my home in Bayou St. John, where I live with my husband Augie and our French Bulldog Louis. I love collecting and scavenging for vintage pieces, refinishing and re-upholstering furniture, sewing pillows and curtains, and tackling DIY projects. You can also find me in the garden working on a green thumb.
